Privacy policy
This policy explains how DreamOnIT ("we") handles personal data submitted through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, e-mail address, company, company size, areas of interest and your message.
Website assistant (chat)
When the chat assistant runs in AI mode, messages you type are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic or Google, depending on configuration) to generate answers, and may trigger a web search. When the AI is not available, the chat simply forwards your request to our team by e-mail. Conversations are not stored on our servers; they stay in your browser for the current session. If you ask to be contacted, the assistant sends your name, e-mail, the details you provide and the conversation to our team by e-mail. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
Cookies and local storage
This site only uses trackers that are strictly necessary for it to work: remembering your cookie choice (6 months) and, during your session, the chat conversation. These do not require consent. We do not use any advertising cookies.
If we add audience measurement in the future, it will only be enabled with your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within 24 months. Client data is kept for as long as required by the contract and applicable law.
Who processes it
Our website is hosted by Vercel, contact messages are delivered by e-mail through Microsoft 365, and chat messages may be processed by our AI provider (Anthropic or Google). These providers act as processors on our behalf. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or ask for a copy, by writing to contact@dreamonit.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
