- What we did
- Analysed each business, then implemented CRM, ticketing, internal communication and ERP tools, connected them (e-mail, calendar, SMS, WhatsApp), automated routine steps and trained every team, followed by a hypercare period.
Result: productivity up by at least 20% and processes that no longer depend on paper.

- Challenge
- At an international mobile and IoT operator, too many tickets reached the wrong team, delaying resolution for enterprise customers.
- What we did
- Mapped the end-to-end process, redesigned routing rules and workflows in the ticketing tool, and aligned Product, Engineering, NOC and Customer Operations.
Result: misrouted tickets reduced by more than 35%, with faster resolution.

From paper to digital across a five-company group
- Challenge
- 1,800+ users, several sites and no central IT. Leave requests, cash advances and approvals all ran on paper.
- What we did
- Created a central IT department, moved the group to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, built an internal platform for HR requests and approvals, and added an automated phone switchboard that routes calls.
Result: paperless internal processes and one governance model for all companies.

- An ageing ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) was holding back production, logistics and finance in a multinational manufacturing group.
- What we did
- Business analysis, functional design, testing, deployment and user adoption, with an end-to-end redesign of production, logistics, finance and supply chain processes.
Result: more than 1,700 active users on a single cloud ERP, with harmonised processes.
