New · Multilingual NOC centres

Your multilingual NOC and support centres, from level 1 to experts.

We set up and run network operations centres (NOC) and IT and telecom support centres, in your customers' languages.

What is a NOC?

A NOC (Network Operations Centre) is a team that watches your networks, servers and services day and night. It detects incidents, resolves them or passes them to experts, and reports back against guaranteed response times (SLAs). In short: your customers are looked after, even at night, without you hiring a full team.

  • French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German and other languages to match your markets
  • Business-hours or 24/7 coverage, with SLAs and reporting
  • We build and operate it, or build it and transfer it to you

FAQ

Questions we often hear.

We are a small company. Is this for us?

Yes. Many of the biggest wins are small: one automation that saves a few hours every week, or one tool that replaces a pile of spreadsheets. Starter projects have a fixed price agreed upfront.

Do we need to change the tools we use?

Usually not. We start from what you already pay for (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your CRM or ERP) and make it work harder before recommending anything new.

How do you handle our data and confidentiality?

We sign an NDA before looking at sensitive information, apply least-privilege access and work in line with GDPR.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused automation can go live in a few weeks. Larger transformations, such as an ERP or CRM rollout, are planned in phases with a result at each stage.

Which languages do you work in?

French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Tell us what slows your team down.

A 30-minute conversation is usually enough to see where digitalisation or automation will pay back first.
